Shipping

How can I combine orders ?

Because we have to wait for your products to arrive at our HQ we offer you to combine your orders with new orders :) So during the time your order satatus says "processing" you're able to combine it with a new product. It is an option when checking out you can choose your order number and pay a discounted price for the extra product.

How much is shipping for my Country?

We ship all our packages with TNT Netherlands and they charge us fixed prices by the Kilo. Below you can find a detailed list of prices for each country:

Why is the shipping fee is so high ?

This is because every package is insured and TNT is charging us fixed prices on the packages for every country, we can't change this and no we won't ship with another parcel service... sorry!

My order

How can I track my order ?

Follow these easy steps: Login > Show my orders > click on the bright orange button that says "Track"

When will my order be sent ?

Whenever the fucker is ready :) It takes a few days for all the products to arrive from our wholesellers. So don't buy unless you have at least 14 days till you need it !

Can I add more products to my order ?

After the 24 hour window is closed you can't add more if the same item to the order. This is because we order the specific amount at our wholeseller and if a product is sold out well.... it's sold out. You can combine several orders to save some shipping though !

Payment

Can I pay through banktransfer ?

Yes you can select it when using Multisafepay option, it depends on each country if they let you use this option. If it's not there... find another bank mate !

What is Multisafepay ?

It's our payment processor for all sorts of weird payment methods like IDEAL, Mister Cash, Giropay, Card Bleue,  Banktransfers and some others. It's completly safe and if you don't trust it pay with through our other option PayPal.

I don't understand how to pay order ?

Then you're quite dumb... just follow the instructions given by the payment processor, if still not doable please contact us using the contact form[contact-us/] and specify your problem.
