Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

Since we work wholesellers from all over the world every offer has a different kind of delivery date which we'll explain below.

After the 24 hour window we'll count and process all paid orders, then we send this information to our wholeseller and he ships the goods to us this can take between 2 - 10 business days.

As soon as the goods arrive we'll pack the orders and send them the same day, then the parcel service is responsible for the delivery time which can be 1 - 12 business days depending on where your package is going.

When package is sent you'll receive and email with an unique code you can use to track the whereabouts of your order, unfortunatly live tracking is only done within the European Union but for you outsiders we can see the status of your order in our NASA computer just send us an email :)

Can I drop by and pick up my order ?

Nope sorry we run this business out of the basement of our mom so not much to see anyway.

Where is the status of my order ?

When logged in you can select the "My order" button and see a quick status that can be "processing","shipped" or "delivered". They all kinda speak for themselves right ? If status is "shipped" you can press the orange "track" button and see some more details on your package :)

What happens if i'm not home ?

Our parcel service TNT does 2 delivery attempts, after the 2nd time they should leave a note with details to pick up your package at a service point. Sometimes they also give the package to a neighbour, they should leave a note in the mailbox in case they didn't please check with your neighbours before you come crying with us.
